Callaghan Innovation backs Dawn Aerospace

Callaghan Innovation, a crown entity of New Zealand and the country’s innovation agency, has backed Dawn Aerospace through R&D grant funding.

The grant has been awarded to accelerate the development of Dawn’s Mk-II vehicle, a completely reusable sub-orbital flight aircraft that aims to fly to space multiple times per day.

Callaghan Innovation enhances the operation of New Zealand’s innovation ecosystem, working closely with government partners, Crown Research Institutes, and other organisations that help increase business investment in R&D and innovation.
