Join our

Space Launch Team

We have an ambitious goal – to build the world’s first rapidly reusable launch vehicle.

We‘ve already built and flown a rocket-powered aircraft, the Mk-II Aurora, three times in three days. But there is still much to be done. The next stage of our journey is to fly to space, not once, but twice in a day.

We’re growing our team and are scouring the globe for exceptional engineers and technicians to join us on this epic mission.

Rocket-powered flight with CEO, Stefan Powell.

Stefan Powell, CEO

“When we set out to change how we access space, we didn’t want an iterative step on expendable rockets—there are plenty of others doing that well. We want a genuine revolution.”

Living in Christchurch

At Dawn, we believe people do their life’s best work when they do what they love outside of the office.

Whether you’re into surfing or sailing, climbing up a mountain or biking down it, cheap eats or fine dining, theatre or live music, you’ll find it in Ōtautahi, Christchurch.

Our international team can often be found on ‘random Dawn outings’, exploring all that’s on offer in the Canterbury region.
